  14. I was looking through the SR book and (at first glance) came across no
  15. discussion of heterogeneous networks, and whether having a variety of
  16. machines (with different byte orders &c) was within the scope of SR.
  17. Does SR do XDR-like marshalling of data when sending data between machines?
  18.
